Anoja Basnayake
Anoja Basnayake is a leader in Information Technology and business, with over 25 years of experience in the corporate sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree specialized in computer science from the University of Colombo and is a PMP holder from PMI USA. She has followed the General Management Program at the National University of Singapore and holds qualification in CIMA.
Currently she is working as Director Information Technology at A. Baurs & Co. (Pvt.) Ltd leading the digital transformation journey. Prior to joining Baurs Anoja has worked with Hayleys Exports Limited, Brandix group and Pricewaterhouse Coopers Sri Lanka. Her extensive working exposure covers the areas of Project Management, Information Communication Technology, ERP Implementation and General Management.
She is a Committee member of Sri Lanka SAP User Group & Information & Innovation committee of Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID). She has exhibited leadership and project management skills, and was responsible for successfully executing several initiatives in digitization with innovation while accomplishing both her professional and personal career.
